How do I request a refund? - Customer

You can request a refund within the 14 day period after the sale has been made if you feel the product was falsely advertised, broken or is missing important files. Please contact the Creator directly in order to try to resolve the issue you're having. You can contact them through their Contact Form on their store page. Most of the time, they are willing to help you with whatever issue you might have.

If the Creator isn't able to resolve your issue, feel free to contact us directly here. However, we reserve the right to refuse a refund if we find the request to be unreasonable.
