How do I request a refund?

Here are some things to keep in mind when requesting a refund:

  • If you haven't downloaded the product yet, you can request a refund within 14 days after your purchase.
  • If you have already downloaded the product, we can only issue a refund if you feel the product was falsely advertised, broken or is missing important files.
  • Please contact the Creator directly in order to try to resolve the issue you're having.
  • You can contact them through their Contact Form on their store page. Most of the time, they are willing to help you with whatever issue you might have.

If the Creator isn't able to resolve your issue, feel free to contact us directly here. However, we reserve the right to refuse a refund if we find the request to be unreasonable.
