Why are you closing down the Marketplace?
Over the last years, expenses have increased significantly, while earnings have decreased. We’ve effectively been using our FlippedNormals Exclusives to keep the Marketplace afloat during this time, along with more severe cuts reduction of team salaries. At this point, it’s clear that the Marketplace simply isn’t a sustainable business model any more.
Is FlippedNormals Closing Down?
We are not! FlippedNormals will continue, but in a smaller and more focused form. We are going to launch a new website soon focusing on FlippedNormals Exclusives and FlipBoxes. All the products people love will be available, with many new releases coming soon. Since the new platform will be significantly streamlined and focused, we will offer video streaming, and a much better overall customer experience.
What are the important dates?
March 31 - This is the last day the marketplace is live.
April 15th - The last Creator Payout happens
April 30 - The last day you’ll have access to your purchased files, along with the Creator Dashboard shutting down.
When will the new site be live!
It will be live in the near future - follow our social media for updates! We are hard at work on this platform.
How can I access my invoices?
You have been emailed an invoice after every purchase and it should be safe in your inbox.
How long will I be able to access my products for?
You’ll be able to download your products until April 30th 2026 when the serves go offline. You’re able to keep your downloaded files forever.
I’ve purchased FlippedNormals Exclusives on the current marketplace, can I access them on the new site?
Yes! Once the new site is live, please contact us at support@flippednormals.com to get a 100% promo code for your courses. You will have to make a new user however.
Are FlipBoxes considered FlippedNormals Exclusives and can I port them to the new site?
