I can't play the videos in the product I purchased

If you're having issues playing the videos from your purchased product, there are a few possible issues:
  • Try VLC (download link). Default media players are often limited in what formats they can play. Nearly all video formats can be played in VLC. Specifically if your files are in the MKV format, you need to use VLC to play them.
  • Make sure the video files unzipped correctly. If you're on Mac, you probably need to unzip using Keka (download link).
  • Try the video files on another device, such as a phone, tablet or another computer.
  • Once you've checked all of the above, there's probably an issue with the actual videos. Make sure you contact the Creator before writing support. The Creator will have more information about their product and will be able to help you out faster :)
