How do I issue a refund?

If you feel the customer has the right to a refund, please contact us here within 14 days of the sale. The refunded sum will be withdrawn from your future earnings. At the moment, you can't issue a refund yourself. This feature will be added in the future.

When logged in, you can see the total dollar amount that has been refunded on your Earnings & Payouts page under Sales -  Cancelled. Find it by hovering over the My Store menu in the top bar and clicking on Earnings & Payouts.
