My store has been moderated

At FlippedNormals, we constantly monitor and moderate the marketplace to ensure that our customers are only presented with high-quality products. Occasionally, this means we have to take certain products down to continue to meet that standard.

In order to meet our quality criteria, your product must: 

1. Be well presented with a readable thumbnail and gallery images.
2. Have high-quality downloadable content. Good enough that it can be used in professional industry productions.
3. Have a well written and understandable product description.
4. Not be AI generated. Read more

If it is only your thumbnail or a few gallery images that are the issue, we will of course work with you to get this corrected. However, if a product fails to meet our quality standards altogether, it will be removed from FlippedNormals.
