I got a bad review - What do I do?

Getting a bad review is never fun, but with the right strategies, the situation can be turned around to a positive experience for both you and your customer. Below are some tips & tricks on how to handle the situation: 

  • Is the review subjective or is the customer having a technical issue? 
  • If there's a technical issue, make sure to fix it right away. Reach out to your customer, apologize for the inconvenience and let them know their issue has been resolved. Ask them kindly if they would be interested in changing their review.
  • If the review is subjective, reply to the customer and thank them for their feedback. Let them know you appreciate them taking the time to share their thoughts and that you will keep their review in mind for future products.
